Outstanding Customer Service I was recently traveling through Tuscaloosa, AL when a rock hit my ac condenser on my new X5 so I took my vehicle to Townsend to have it repaired. Although my car was only 10 days old, this wasn't a warranty issue but the GM was able to convince BMW to cover the cost. During the process of having the car repaired, I was able to interact with the most professional and courteous staff that I have ever encountered at a car dealership. Most notable was Donna Barnett, my service advisor. She was outstanding and I would recommend that anyone who visits this dealership ask for her personally. More

Pawned off Salesman Andy met me on the lot to talk to me about the car that I was interested in. He gave false information about the car when compared to the car Salesman Andy met me on the lot to talk to me about the car that I was interested in. He gave false information about the car when compared to the carfax. We talked for a while and made a deal. He told me that he would text me his # in case I had questions... never happened. Was told that he would call me at a certain time... never happened. I had to make all the calls until I was pawned off onto another salesman. I am glad that this happened, AJ called me several times and concluded the sale of the car. Jason explained all financials in detail and made the financing easy. I would recommend the dealership but not salesman Andy. More
