When I first arrived, Alfred helped me compare the difference between the X5 and X3, while "JJ" helped another client. Once "JJ" was finished with his client both he and Alfred helped me understand the difference in models. I never felt pressured by either Client Advisor. Both gentlemen were exactly what their badges said "client advisor," they advised me and helped me understand the packages I needed. When Arsenio Eatmon contacted me, I knew I had made the right choice. Even though it took several days to negotiate the deal, I always felt that Arsenio was on my side. He was professional, personable, candid, and knowledgable, working diligently to get me the best price. When the deal was finalized, I drove 5 hours to the dealership. Upon arriving, Arsenio greeted me in the parking lot, and for the rest of the visit did not cease to treat me like a celebrity buying a brand new 7 series, even though I was purchasing one of the least expensive pre-owned BMW's on the lot. Although I am not a "local" customer, Arsenio has contacted me several times after the sale to make sure everything is ok.
