When Arsenio Eatmon contacted me, I knew I h After searching the entire southeast for a pre-owned BMW 128i, I found the best example at Townsend BMW. When Arsenio Eatmon contacted me, I knew I had made the right choice. Even though it took several days to negotiate the deal, I always felt that Arsenio was on my side. He was professional, personable, candid, and knowledgable, working diligently to get me the best price. When the deal was finalized, I drove 5 hours to the dealership. Upon arriving, Arsenio greeted me in the parking lot, and for the rest of the visit did not cease to treat me like a celebrity buying a brand new 7 series, even though I was purchasing one of the least expensive pre-owned BMW's on the lot. Although I am not a "local" customer, Arsenio has contacted me several times after the sale to make sure everything is ok. I'm convinced that this experience was an answer to prayer, as I have been car shopping for a long time. I highly recommend Arsenio Eatmon, Dana Jones, and entire Townsend BMW team. More

He gave me his personal cell phone number and answered all my questions prior to my purchase. Once I decided on my 650i, they placed the build order and he still answered every question I had up until the day it arrived. I ordered several custom parts for it and had them shipped to Arsenio before it was delivered and he handled everything for me. The day it arrived from Germany he even sent me photos of her fresh off the truck. At the end of the day Townsend BMW is not the closest dealership to me - in fact I visited 2 other dealers before I went to Townsend. However my experience with Arsenio was the single deciding factor in my decision on where to buy and I would recommend visiting him and the rest of the Townsend team without hesitation. More

This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever been through, it was very enjoyable. After 2 weeks we love the X1 and feel that we made a good decision.
