When I first arrived, Alfred helped me compare the difference between the X5 and X3, while "JJ" helped another client. Once "JJ" was finished with his client both he and Alfred helped me understand the difference in models. I never felt pressured by either Client Advisor. Both gentlemen were exactly what their badges said "client advisor," they advised me and helped me understand the packages I needed. Once I figured what I wanted, I asked for what seemed impossible yet "JJ" made it happen for me. He encompasses the biblical scripture, "NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE."
