A few weeks ago I purchased a used 2017 BMW X3, the sales team and finance personnel were nice. However, when we left the dealership we noticed the break light was not working, they forgot to include the flo team and finance personnel were nice. However, when we left the dealership we noticed the break light was not working, they forgot to include the floor mats, and the back seats weren't properly cleaned as they stated. I sent a text to the sales person who told us to bring the car by the following Monday (already an inconvenience). We brought the car by and they fixed the break light, however stated they didn't have the mats (assuming they lost them at this point). I sent another text notifying them of the still missing mats and was told they would arrive soon via fed ex. This was a couple of weeks ago, I have sent several follow up texts with no response. I have had several BMW's and always had impeccable service, this has been an anomaly with the brand and really poor reflection on this dealership.... and I still don't have the mats. More

Excellent service, as always. Dennis, my service gentleman, was wonderful & so thoughtful as to my scheduling needs. On arrival, the Service Center was busy but organized and efficient. My oil change was completed within the estimated timeframe and at no charge. My only knock was I showed up on time, however the previous c efficient. My oil change was completed within the estimated timeframe and at no charge. My only knock was I showed up on time, however the previous customer had an issue which delayed the start of my appt by over half an hour. I will use BMW SO for future service needs. More
