THEYRE DEFENCE IS THAT WE GAVE THE INFORMATION. THAT IS CORRECT WE DID THE GIVE THEM THE INFORMATION BEING UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THE VEHICLE WE WANTED TO PURCHASE WAS ON THE LOT AND AVAILABLE AND WAS CONFIRMED BY THE SALES GUY AND MANAGER.THIS IS THE SHORTER VERSION OF THE STORY. BUT BUYER BEWARE!!! I EVEN GAVE THEM THE OPPOURTUNITY TO CORRECT THIS AND NO ONE CARES NOT 1 PERSON ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. NOW I HAVE TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH TRANSUNION FOR THE ILLEGAL CREDIT PULL THAT THEY DID AND WILL NOT FIX. OH AND TO REPLY TO THE SALES REPS COMMENT THAT IM JUST "MAD BECAUSE I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THE CAR" BECAUSE PER THEYRE DEALERSHIP WE WERE DENIED. WELL BUDDY LOOK IT UP I STILL GOT THE CAR AS A MATTER OF FACT I ENDED UP PURCHASING THE CAR FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AND GOT A 2024 X3 M PACKAGE FOR LESS THAN YOU WERE GOING TO LEASE IT TO ME FOR.
