I had my car serviced there, my agent was Christina. I was already in a bad mood, and the fact that my car needed some extra repair added frustration (not at the dealership, but at the situation), but C I was already in a bad mood, and the fact that my car needed some extra repair added frustration (not at the dealership, but at the situation), but Christina was so nice and accommodating, she spent 40 minutes on hold to make sure that the repair was covered by my warranty and was so patient with me being upset (again, not with her). I left the dealership with a better mood that I had when I stepped in there. A loaner was provided to me, and the car was returned in several days in a good shape. Definitely a great experience! My X3's battery died mysteriously and BMW of Sherman Oaks was closest dealer. Service Director Sean Clemens put his electrical specialists on it. They performed full diagnostic test and discovered water pu was closest dealer. Service Director Sean Clemens put his electrical specialists on it. They performed full diagnostic test and discovered water pump malfunction. Luckily, they were able to bill my Extended Warranty for the repair. Krisztina, the Service Advisor, was great to work with and made the experience awesome! Great value here! More
