Although my experience with BMW as a company has been less than amazing, Heidi was awesome and did everything she could to make sure I was taken care of. She went above and beyond which I really apprecia less than amazing, Heidi was awesome and did everything she could to make sure I was taken care of. I was given a quote to bring my car in and the advisor’s price was 3 times more. She then went to get authorization for an exception to give me a price that was 2 times more than iI was quoted. I heard th price was 3 times more. She then went to get authorization for an exception to give me a price that was 2 times more than iI was quoted. I heard the advisor next to her offer the discount without any authorization. When I asked her she said the system would not allow it and she had no explanation. Oh and they won’t turn your service indicator off after an oil change unless u pay $200+ for them to do more testing than is required. After all of that they did not wash my car either. Is this the kind of service we should come to expect from BMW or is it specific to this dealership!? Very disappointing. I do not recommend this dealership. More
