Can't say enough positive things about the whole experience. Kevin "listened" to my explanation of the problem I was experiencing with my BMW and within 15 minutes after my arrival and check in (by experience. Kevin "listened" to my explanation of the problem I was experiencing with my BMW and within 15 minutes after my arrival and check in (by the way, I was a walk in...........no set appointment), Kevin had come back telling me and SHOWING ME (via a picture) that they had identified the problem and it would take about 90 minutes to repair. Promises made...............Promises kept! They fixed the problem and I was on my way. 5 Stars to Kevin and Ziegler Service Department! More

Bad experience. Dropped car off on 4/3. Didn't hear from Rich at all on 4/4. Received a video at 5:13pm with the cars's issues. I had to call Rich to get the est Dropped car off on 4/3. Didn't hear from Rich at all on 4/4. Received a video at 5:13pm with the cars's issues. I had to call Rich to get the estimate and time frame. He said he would send the estimate. Never received it on 4/4. I had to call BMW on 4/5 to get the status. I was informed that Rich was off on 4/5 so they transferred me to someone else who then sent me the estimate and informed me the part needed to be ordered and that it wouldn't get there til 4/8. Luckily I received a text on 4/7 saying my car is ready. Very poor communication here...really the first time I had a bad experience with you. More
