My customer service experience was spot on. I received text messages and videos throughout the process to keep me posted on what was happening while they had my vehicle. Ron Snipe is a very valuable member of the BMW service team. I have been a client since 2006, and he is the best service advisor I’ve ever had. Was disappointed at first as the service representative that was scheduled was off sick that day and no one picked up his appointments. Eventually Robert helped me and was more than helpful keeping appris that was scheduled was off sick that day and no one picked up his appointments. One thing I was very disappointed with was I asked the woman at the service cashier if I could use the phone or have her dial a local number as I had left my cell phone at home. She flat out refused my request (Ridiculous). More
