Christian is an outstanding representative: knowledgeable, friendly, and offering service before the customer even knows she needs it. Work is outstanding. Had water pump replaced, which cost $1000. Then “coincidentally” a few days later the water reservoir was leaking which cost another $400. Went to pick up the car and it was making noise. Guy at the desk Ryan or Brian could care less, showed no compassion, and was quick to dismiss. If he doesn’t like working with people he should go work in a warehouse. The car was full of bird feces. Lesson learned. Different name on the building, but same terrible Ganley service. I will take my BMWs to Mentor BMW from now on. More
