They were quick and efficient and were willing to replace the rear-view mirror at no cost because it had some imperfections. You could tell they wanted to make sure my experience was the best possible. I'd buy from these guys again. More

Fantastic Experience with used X3 purchase I would like to start out by saying that I love cars. I love test driving cars. I hate dealing with the personnel aspect of this process. Perhaps some I would like to start out by saying that I love cars. I love test driving cars. I hate dealing with the personnel aspect of this process. Perhaps some buyers go into a dealership cold without any idea of what they are looking for, nor do they know anything about product lines. If that is the case then they may like the constant attention. At BMW of Middleburg Heights I felt zero pressure at any time in the process. Greg Kasmer greeted me warmly and asked me a few introductory questions. When I told him I wanted to perform a few test drives, he took my ID and information and handed me the keys without trying to sell me on the vehicle before the drive. There is nothing worse than wasting time talking about a vehicle if you hate it after the test drive. Wait, there is. If the salesman insists on going with you. None of that happened with Greg. After the test drive I was very interested in the vehicle, but he did not pressure me at all. I walked around the lot to make sure there were no other cars I may be interested in prior to discussing a deal. When I was ready I negotiated a trade in. I worked with him to come up with a starting value and when I wasn't satisfied, he asked me for what I was looking for and worked with the manager to see if it were possible. I felt my number was fair and ultimately they did as well. At no time however did I feel pressured, or caught up in the typical salesman/manager scheme. It was all matter of fact an I appreciate that. The other two items I should mention were the attention given to amenities while I waited. I was offered water and coffee multiple times while I waited which was nice. Sadly, I cannot recall the name of the finance staff member I worked with. He did not oversell me on warranties/extras when I stated that I wasn't interested. He was thorough and personable and made that experience painless. I would definitely recommend Greg and this dealership to potential buyers. Even if you do not buy from them, it should show you how all dealerships should operate so you can hold them to the same standards. More

I came to look at two specific cars on the lot, and ultimately decided to purchase one (Subaru WRX). Everything went smoothly, the car was touched up for me, and I was on my way. However, I soon discovered the car has a very noticeable overboosting issue (turbo boost pressure was more than exceeding rated limits). Mind you, this wasn't months after the fact, but merely hours after I rolled off the lot. Often, this is something normally that I would understand is a consequence of purchasing a used car, but to experience CELs, fuel cutoffs, loss of cruise control, and turbo/wastegate issues just two hours after I left the dealership and paid $23,000 for it is a bit frustrating. Even when I took it in, they said they performed some research (via Google, even though Ganley has an army of Subaru techs throughout their network), and I was simply told to stop beating on it and that there is no actual problem, but I hadn't beat on it. I wasn't going wide-open throttle, nor was I topping high RPMs. On a stock system, this is something I would hope could be addressed as it has been a bit of a continual issue for almost two months now, but I seem to be on my own. Until that point, the team there was helpful, courteous, and friendly, and much appreciated. More
