I would like to bring my car here for maintenance and repair but was put off by the service experience. I was assigned to a service advisor but had to wait 15 minutes while 2-3 other advisors were not h repair but was put off by the service experience. I was assigned to a service advisor but had to wait 15 minutes while 2-3 other advisors were not helping anyone, just working on their computers. Seems like I should have been able to be helped by one of them. When it came to the estimate to repair a valve cover gasket the price was almost $1500. Some internet research revealed it ought to be more like $450-$600. That’s a huge disparity. When I went to see my advisor (I was told I had to specifically see him) he was with another customer. After waiting another 5-10 minutes one of the greeter gentlemen offered to retrieve my car and I left. Point is, you have advisors available but if mine is not available then I have to wait. Last year I had a much better experience. Something’s different. And the cost of repair was out in left field. Thanks for reading this. Mike Vervalin More
Best service department I have used. I drive from Denver because of the difference. Customer service is thoughtful, organized and professional. We have purchased two cars now from this dealership and both experiences have been fantastic. I'd like to call out Alice Hausig specifically for making this one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a car at a dealership. Alice went above and beyond to keep us informed when the car we were looking for came in so we were the first to know about it. She stuck with us every step of the way and prioritized our satisfaction over anything else. She made sure my family and I were comfortable as we waited for paperwork to process and went so far as to make sure my kids were fed as the response from the financial institutions was taking longer than expected and it was already dinner-time. I'd HIGHLY recommend Alice to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle at BMW of Loveland. More
