Miles was courteous and efficient even though I was 30 minutes late for my appointment. He kept me updated on all progress and stay was not as long as expected. The actual service performed on my vehicle was good. Timing not great, dropped it off. Sunday afternoon, did not hear anything on status until I checked Thursday and requested my car back in Friday.
