I recently purchased an X5 from out of state (Michigan) from Loveland BMW, I am a BMW enthusiast and I wanted a very specific spec and for that reason I was looking for cars in the entire 48. After having bad experiences dealing with dealers from New York to California, I stumbled upon a car at Loveland, I had the pleasure of working with Kelly Antuna, from the very beginning he gave me the time of the day even though I was out of state, he offered photos, video and he also knew and had driven the car in question, he quickly turned what had been a very tedious process into what it should be, an exciting transaction. He was upfront with all numbers and worked with me towards providing me with a fair price. It only took 8 days from the moment I spoke to Kelly to the moment the car showed at my front door looking even better than I imagined. Jordan (service manager) went about and beyond to make sure I got on the highway after having my battery replaced at BMW of Loveland. I left the dealership and got to Wellington and needed my battery in sure I got on the highway after having my battery replaced at BMW of Loveland. I left the dealership and got to Wellington and needed my battery in fab replaced, Jordan drove to Wellington to help me get it taken care of and also gave me extra batteries for the future. Even though Loveland is not the city in which I live, I will continue to use use Loveland as my place of choice. This is because of the excellent service I receive when I go there. Another very important service BMW Of Loveland provides is valet service. I'm quite old, a widow, and, besides knowing nothing about cars, I prefer not to drive out of my city.
