6 hours for a break fluid flush My appointment was at 9:30am for a break fluid flush and tire alignment. As 1:30 pm approached I noticed my car was in the bay not being worked on so My appointment was at 9:30am for a break fluid flush and tire alignment. As 1:30 pm approached I noticed my car was in the bay not being worked on so I asked about the progress. I was told that they were waiting on Service writer (Shon) and his excuse was he was extremely busy. I sit right next to his desk the whole process while he tended to everything else and never was I told the progress or I’m sorry about the wait or anything. Worse service ever and very unprofessional. It wasn’t till I told them I was about to miss my flight till they proceeded to write the bill. It was 1:45 pm when I finally left. I wouldn’t recommend this service writer to anyone. More

I wish I could give them zero stars I purchased a 2016 BMW X5 in November. The actual transaction was great. They committed to repairing the passenger side mirror that was damaged. Si I purchased a 2016 BMW X5 in November. The actual transaction was great. They committed to repairing the passenger side mirror that was damaged. Since then I have been getting the run around. The original sales guy told me is was in transit, then he told me it was in their parts department and since then he no longer works there. I spoke with the parts manager and he said he would order it for me, still nothing. I have left various voicemails and talked with various people. I cannot get anyone to return my calls. My next course of action is small claims litigation. It is extremely disappointing when you spend all that money at what is expected to be a high end dealership and end up here. More

X5 broke down on an open recall Bought a used X5 with open recall that had no fix engineered. Idler pulley broke and left us on the side of the road. Had it towed to BMW of Louisvill Bought a used X5 with open recall that had no fix engineered. Idler pulley broke and left us on the side of the road. Had it towed to BMW of Louisville and they looked into fixing it till the recall parts can be made available. They gave us a loaner and promptly spoke with BMW and ordered the repair parts to get it back on the road. Edwin kept me in the loop as far as where they were on the repair everytime I called. Received the vehicle back and it’s running great. Thanks for your friendliness and attentiveness to my issue. More
