He was professional, affable, low-pressure, and passionate about cars. He exudes that comfortable integrity that you rarely see in the Car Sales industry. I was only looking to buy used, but you could never have known that from the treatment I received from Sydney and the rest of the BMW of Louisville team. It is easy to treat a customer spending lots of money like they are important, but it is amazing to receive that same treatment when purchasing a used version of the smallest car they sell. I managed to find a low mileage 2017 M240i, received a fair price and transparent pricing, and was handled like a celebrity from start to finish. Treating your customers like honored guests throughout the entire process when you work in Car Sales is not common these days, but it is definitely part of the ethos for Sydney and BMW of Louisville. Safety and Morals missing I bought a truck from them. I flew across the country to find a couple nicks that were not in the advertisement and a few other issues not mentioned i I bought a truck from them. I flew across the country to find a couple nicks that were not in the advertisement and a few other issues not mentioned in my previous discussion with sales rep. One of them being a check engine light. I inquired about it and was promised by my sales representative that it was due to a sensor being blocked by an after market bull guard. It seemed off but I made him double check it and note it on the contract so that i was protected in the event he was lieing to me. I got home and learned that the rims the salesmen told me were powder coated were actually spray painted and had already started to chip. Additionally the code that the truck was pulling was not at all a sensor but rather a tank heater that needed replacing. Their team forgot to install the Floor mat in the passenger side and promised to ship it to me. Because they lied to me regarding the sensor i decided to take the truck to a mechanic. Every lug nut had 3 washers installed and were loose. Luckily i inspected it or my tire likely would have rolled off and someone could have been hurt or worse. All these issues i would say are understandable, but after my salesmen began ignoring my calls voicemails i reached out to the office. I spoke with a gentlemen named Ron who said he would call me back and never did. Then i called the office again and the receptionist told me no Ron worked at the company. I told my story to a sales manager and just asked for him to make it right, i said i understood things happen but i feel that somehow i needed to be made whole. He hid behind the contract and indicated that it was my fault for trusting his rep. The utter disregard for integrity and safety forces me to ensure that as many potential consumers as possible are made aware and take their business to somewhere more responsible More

Will not stand behind Product. 80K miles on BMW X5 - now needs . 14000 worth of repairs (some of which should have been fixed on prior service visit). Facility states - I didn't tel them it wasn't fixed. It was an issue that a non mechanic would not know about. Took dealership 2 years to get me my car mats - even though I was in there for service etc on several occasions. Do not want to stand behind product or any follow up. More

Yo Yo Scam I traded in my 3 month old 2019 VW GTI on 9.3.19 to BMW and signed a deal for a 2018 new with 2500 miles BMW 340i XDrive with Christopher Pike, Zach B I traded in my 3 month old 2019 VW GTI on 9.3.19 to BMW and signed a deal for a 2018 new with 2500 miles BMW 340i XDrive with Christopher Pike, Zach Bell (Manager) and JP (Finance) for a better term with similar payments on a higher amount. 3 weeks later now and they haven't paid off my VW. They are now attempting to get me to add a co-signer and likely accept new rates etc. The worst part has been they haven't contacted me at all. If it weren't for the finance mgr from Bachman VW letting me know my warranty refunds were ready once BMW paid off the trade I wouldn't even have known. I've retained John D Cox attorney at law and I will not do business with BMW of Louisville in the future. More
flat tire + $50= new tire I recommend the tire coverage plan when you purchase a BMW. We have gotten our money back on replacement tires. Service was good, they worked me in the morning I noticed a low tire warning on my bmw. The tire had a nail in the tread. They also offered to complete the recall work that is suggested on my car. I got a rental at no cost and in a few hours returned to get my car with repairs made and new tire in place. Thanks More
