I recently leased a BMW 5281 from the Sam Swope dealership in Louisville, I must say the I was very impressed with the knowledge of the salesman Charles, prior to leasing what I believe to be the f dealership in Louisville, I must say the I was very impressed with the knowledge of the salesman Charles, prior to leasing what I believe to be the first of many BMW's, i had little knowledge of the BMW line of automobiles, Charles was very educated with the product, it was obvious that the sales staff at Sam Swope does not just sell you a car but the experience of driving a BMW, I have had my car now for approximately 2 months and must say that i am very impressed with the ride, handling, and fuel milage. I would certainly recommend to anyone to stop in and meet with Charles and the staff at Sam Swope BMW. More

Transfer of vehicle to the dealership in Louisville could have been faster but that was out of the Sam Swope team's control. I'm very happy with the purchase. I had a great experience when I purchased my car from Sam Swope BMW but it got even better after my first visit to the service department. I damaged a wheel and only had a few hours before I was supposed to Swope BMW but it got even better after my first visit to the service department. I damaged a wheel and only had a few hours before I was supposed to drive out of town for business. They got the car right in and realized the wheel and tire needed to be replaced. They didn't have the wheel in stock so instead of making me wait a couple days for a new wheel, they pulled a new car in from the lot and put a wheel and tire from that car onto mine getting me on the road in less than an hour. That was way more than I expected. Connie and Jimmy were awesome to deal with. Thank you! More

I have purchased 5 BMW autos since 1990 and have loved each and every one of them. The majority were bought as certified preowned vehicles which, in my opinion, allows many to experience the thrill of 't each and every one of them. While service could be an often unpleasant experience, this won't happen at Swope due to manager, Michael Brown. I've dealt with Michael many times and he is such a fine gentleman and friend. He cares about your vehicle and he cares about his customers. On my recent visit as Michael and I visited, I told him of my recent kidney disease diagnosis. He was the most patient, respectful, friendly person I've ever encountered when purchasing ANYTHING! Even though we were buying a used car that wasn't very expensive, at least by BMW standards, he treated us as if we were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot.
