Later called with updates on the work and the status. Prices for service was reasonable, they have coupons on their website. Overall a smooth experience. More

The finance department was also very efficient and helpful providing all the necessary information. After my initial email of interest through CarGurus, I promptly received an email from Miles Best, Sales Manager, inviting me to schedule a test drive. The car was ready as promised and Zach Eedy was a knowledgeable and patient Customer Advisor. I ended up buying an even better model at a very reasonable price. Miles Best made a couple of calls to secure a terrific financing rate for me. Excellent communication throughout the experience - email, text, phone to answer my questions. Miles and Zach were personable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy with every aspect of the purchase - even working beyond closing time on both visits. I live 100 miles from this dealership and it was worth the drive. More

Terrible customer service! This is the 2nd time my husband has tried to purchase me a new BMW from this dealership. It seams like they try not to sell a car. I looked up the web This is the 2nd time my husband has tried to purchase me a new BMW from this dealership. It seams like they try not to sell a car. I looked up the website and noticed Miles Best, a manager that my husband used to work with from another dealership. He called him personally and he informed him that he was just promoted to new car sales mgr. He said this is your lucky day cuz my 14 335xi lease is up and that I needed a new car. He was gone that day but my husband informed him that we only had a few hours to test drive a car and asked him to set up a salesperson to help. He told us to ask for Jeff Bricker. My husband even called Jeff and asked him to have the cars ready for us because our time is short. When my husband arrived, 1 hour later, Jeff had picked up another customer so Miles sent him another salesperson named Rick. My husband test drove 2 cars and then I went up there the same night after work to test drive them. Built a 440XI online and told my salesperson Rick what I wanted. He told my husband he would run a locator and call back soon. My husband never heard back from either one of them. He even went to turn in my old lease 3 days after their last conversation and said hi to both Rick and Miles, they just made small talk and never said a word about the new BMW. So for the 2nd time in 4 years my husband purchased me a new BMW from a Different Dealership. We had to go to St Louis at Autohause BMW. If you want a great price up front with no games, ask for Brett Midgley. We had a price within 30 minutes. A month after my husband first contacted BMW of Louisville Miles & Rick, still haven't received a call. More

My sales rep., Lawson McSwain was quite knowledgeable & helpful thru the process. I expect to buy other cars from this dealership. Since then I recently brought the car in for service. It was my first experience with the service department. Shon Weathers, my service advisor was knowledgeable, helpful, & answered all my questions. Unfortunately, due to their computer system they were not able to complete the service until the next day. I had a loaner car. So, that was okay. When I picked up the car the next day, all services had been performed to my satisfaction except the car had not been washed as promised. Their car wash equipment was not working. I experienced friendly, knowledgeable service personnel. More
