Very unprofessional service for this disabled Veteran Purchased a used vehicle that I learned day after purchased had a bent rim and four damaged tires which was causing a horrifying vibration in steering Purchased a used vehicle that I learned day after purchased had a bent rim and four damaged tires which was causing a horrifying vibration in steering wheel. Didn’t notice this during test drive because I was only taken through a neighborhood where the speed limit was in 35mph. After pointed out there was a nail in the front driver tire, I was told that it would be replaced. When I arrived back at the dealership to get the tire, I explained to David that I had the car inspected and the rim is bent and all four tires are damaged. Two had nails and all four cracked. David my salesman told me “we are giving you one tire and that it, there is nothing we can do.” He threw his arms up in the air and stormed off. Acted like “I got my commission so bump you.” Had to seek help on my own. Robert the manager tried to help by offering 2 rear tires and an attempt at repairing the rim, but at the end of the day I had to spend another $2300.00 for 2 front tires and a new rim. I am a disabled Veteran who deserve more respect and better customer service than that. Would not recvommend him to any family or friends. More

A perfect service visit! I received my Takata airbag availability notice a few weeks back, and finally had the chance to schedule in the car (my schedule, not theirs.) I call I received my Takata airbag availability notice a few weeks back, and finally had the chance to schedule in the car (my schedule, not theirs.) I called Michael Brown up on Saturday morning to see about getting into the shop, and about an hour later he called to let me know they had secured a new airbag for me and I could come in Monday morning. I went to their new secondary location on Shelbyville Rd. The place was absolutely clean and neat. Michael met me right away and showed me around the new facility. He said it could take an hour to an hour and a half to complete the work. I waited in the customer lounge for less than an hour and my car was ready. Everything went perfectly. Thank you to Michael Brown, the technicians and staff at BMW Louisville for the top notch service! More

Miles "the manager" is the WORST Miles, the "manager," was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. He was rude and arrogant. The salesperson I was working with tried v Miles, the "manager," was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. He was rude and arrogant. The salesperson I was working with tried very hard to accommodate me, as did the finance manager (even though I had my own financing through my bank), but Miles was so awful that I felt compelled to alert the people of the Internet. Avoid this dealership!!! Avoid working with Miles at all costs. More

I bought a 2011 Honda Civic, used but well maintained, with excellent records and great mileage. Although they were very busy when we arrived, we received immediate attention from the receptionist; she called and had Devin Bowman, our salesman, come meet us at the desk. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave additional information about the car, including tips for a 1st time car buyer like me! He told us what was going on every step of the way, and was very patient and friendly with me. I love my car, and cannot thank the staff of BMW of Louisville, and especially Devin, enough!
