From start to finish - first class service! After experiencing a car accident that totaled my VW Tiguan, I needed a new car and dreaded the thought of going through the process. I went to BMW in Wappingers at 9am and left as an owner by 12pm. Wasyl took me for my test drive and there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. Andrew was not only incredibly efficient with our credit application, but made sure to get us a low interest rate. There was no haggling to negotiate a better rate or deal, they raised the bar for us in future car buying. Finally, Abigail helped me understand all of the amazing features offered on the X3, again no question she couldn't answer. BMW of Wappingers has a fantastic team and after my ordeal with my previous car, I am extremely grateful I went to them first. More

Buying a used car from the internet and not being there Check the brakes! New York State says 1/32. You will need to replace and they won't pay! Worst experience of my life! I live in Maryland and Maryland inspection law states 2/32 on the brakes. My 2011 used Chevy Suburban would not pass Maryland inspection and although they "said" they would cover it, it was not in writing. My error, but don't let it happen to anyone else out there. If you are buying a used car from them, and it is not certified, make sure you ask them how much brake pad is left on the car you are buying. then you can decide if you should buy it. I have purchased over 20 cars and trucks from all over the US, and this was by far the WORST! I was promised IOU's, and it took them 63 days to finalize it with me. I complained to Anu, and she said me too bad! I asked for the second key, since I did lock myself out, costing me $ 140 dollars, and she would not even sent me jus the key she had sitting on her desk, but told me she wanted to wait for all 3 IOU's before sending. Then my sales person AnnMarie, stated in email that she saw the parts manager put the key fob in my package, and guess what, it wasn't there. I had to call the local Chevrolet dealership that they use, only to find out they never order the key fob. They are all a bunch of liars and do not care about customer satisfaction! If you cannot be at there location to buy whatever you are buying, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You will lose!! Andrew in finance stated they would cover Maryland State inspection, in fact, he pointed to a sign on his wall stating New York's Lemon Law Policy but my error, I believed him and I did not have it in writing why I bought the truck. I went up there 9 days after purchasing it to drive it home, and I was too late! Anyone wants to call me or email me about dealing with them, please do. More

New X6 purchase I just can't say enough good things about my experience.
