Since this was my first visit to BMW of the Hudson Valley, I was a little apprehensive. But when I arrived, I was greeted warmly and everyone was friendly. All the information from my online appointment was available to Joanne and getting the work started was a breeze. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed for a great price. I will use BMW of the Hudson Valley for all my service needs in the future. More

Amazing service! I needed help quickly and to my pleasant surpise Joanne in service couldn't have been more helpful! Literally in minutes she checked to make sure the I needed help quickly and to my pleasant surpise Joanne in service couldn't have been more helpful! Literally in minutes she checked to make sure they had the part and I was with their driver on my way to my office. They also have pickup hours until 7:00pm which worked out perfectly. Everyone from Joanne in service, the receptionist (who was expecting me when I got there), the gentleman who drove me to my office, to the woman in the evening when I picked up the car, was excellent. They are all obviouslyy focused on being the best! More
