Follow up on committments We bought a certified used 2011 328xi in November. We had an issue/concern with the tires. Mike and Anu were understanding and supportive allowing us to purchase replacement tires when needed at a discount. Due to circumstances with time and weather this winter, we weren't able to get in until this month. No issue at all. They followed up with their commitments from November. Will definitely look to Mike next time I'm in the market for another car. More
