Continued Great Service. FYI: This is my fourth vehicle from this dealership. I was notified via e-mail that my car was due for it's first service. Upon contacting the dealer FYI: This is my fourth vehicle from this dealership. I was notified via e-mail that my car was due for it's first service. Upon contacting the dealership I was given a convenient time for the service. I opted to wait for the vehicle. I was provided with a choice of wi-fi or television in a clean attractive waiting area. The service was competed in a timely manner and the vehicle was washed and vacuumed before being returned to me. I was also contacted the next day to see if I was satisfied. This is the kind of service that this dealer is known for. Also all the employees that I dealt with were top notch. More

Great experience. I purchased a used 2011 F-150 from BMW of Hudson Valley and couldn't be happier. Their response from my initial inquiry was in less than a 24 hour per I purchased a used 2011 F-150 from BMW of Hudson Valley and couldn't be happier. Their response from my initial inquiry was in less than a 24 hour period and I was able to make an appointment for the very next day. When I arrived the next day a sales representative was ready and could immediately show me the vehicle I was interested in. All the employees were friendly, courteous, and able to accommodate my budget. Everything was done in a timely manner and I was able to purchase the vehicle I was interested in and drive off the the lot the same day. The vehicle was cleaned, detailed, and had a full tank of gas before leaving. Overall I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience, and it proves that purchasing a vehicle doesn't have to be difficult. More
