Fast and Efficient Customer Service Brought my 3 series in for scheduled maintenance. Drop off was easy and a loaner was waiting right outside. Easy in and easy out. Picked up the car Brought my 3 series in for scheduled maintenance. Drop off was easy and a loaner was waiting right outside. Easy in and easy out. Picked up the car at the end of the day and was on my way with little to no wait time. Joanna Z. Was my service advisor and as usual, treated me as part of the family. Upon arriving home, I noticed the front tow hook cover was missing. Contacted Joanna and Tina. Sent a picture and received a prompt response that they would order a replacement. The very next day as I was leaving work, Dennis from the collision center sent me a text and told me he had the replacement piece and I could stop by to have it installed. Within 24 hrs, my minor problem was resolved as if it was the top priority of the service team. I am more than pleased with the great service and follow up I receive at BMW of the Hudson Valley. The great service is what will keep me coming back. Thank you Joanna, Tina and Dennis! You're an awesome Team! More

Very accommodating and truly pleasant! They made sure I was out on time for my next appointment that day even though I was squeezed in a cancellation spot.
