This was my first time using the service department on my 4 Series. When I entered the service department I was greeted immediately and made to feel at home. The service staff was very professional, friendly and explained in detail exactly what was being done to my car. While waiting I enjoyed the fresh bagels and coffee. When the service was complete, my car was fully washed and parked outside for me. I want to thank everyone in the BMW service department for making my experience amazing.
