Top notch service advisors and service center I made an appointment days prior to the expiration of my 4 year/50,000 mile warranty. My 535 BMW was checked in by Joanne Holmes and she had the vehi I made an appointment days prior to the expiration of my 4 year/50,000 mile warranty. My 535 BMW was checked in by Joanne Holmes and she had the vehicle checked from "head to toe". I was given a loaner vehicle while the work was being completed. All of the service work was completed in a timely manner and the vehicle was returned after a washing in top condition. Thanks to everyone at BMW for their fine work. More

I have to say Dave made the sale very comfortable,he answered all of our questions..I have retail experience and I never thought we would have closed I have to say Dave made the sale very comfortable,he answered all of our questions..I have retail experience and I never thought we would have closed the sale in one day!!!! Rebecca went over the car details .... It was a lot for one night...She did a great job... I find my self with the owners manual on my fron seat. I will be back for a refresher course soon!
