I have had several routine services on my 5 series, at Hudson Valley, the loaner was great and my car was always delivered washed and vacuumed. My service advisor Joanne Holmes reviewed the car's history and made suggestions for additional service needed which was appreciated. Without hesitation I would again go out of my way to purchase another BMW from Hudson Valley. More
