Great experience, it just wasn't the right car I was looking for a 3 series convertible that had a manual transmission. I saw one adertised and called. I spoke to Andrew who was lovely. We drove up the next day and met with Andrew for a test drive. The car was nice and they offered me a good deal for the car. I left saying I needed to sleep on it. I called the next day and left a message for Andrew saying I didn't think it was the right car but if I changed my mind, I would call him. He called me back once to tell me the financing percentage was less than he had quoted me the day before. He didn't call again, which I appreciated. I would have given the whole experience 5 stars, except someone else from the dealership called me 3 times after Andrew's call. In one message he actually said he wanted to set up an appointment for me to come in for us to talk. The dealership was over an hour drive from where I lived. I wasn't coming in again for a car I didn't want. More

In under an hour (I had a ton of questions) I was able to leave the dealership with an approval, terms, & the ability to own my first BMW X5Xdrive. I also went in seeking a 2016 leftover, & was able to leave with a brand new 2017 with every option I desire! I had never purchased a BMW before or any vehicle from this dealership prior, but they treated me as a repeat VIP customer from the start. We told our sales person we would be interested in the fall for an SUV. Sure enough we got a call from the Salesperson. We came for a visit and had the pleasure of going for a ride with a Genius tech as they call them. He was very informative. The Salesperson was great no. pressure,very knowledge and listened to our price point and what we wanted in the SUV. He came through with everything and didn't try to sway us to it things we didn't want or could afford. I highly recommend them John was great. More

Purchasing our first BMW We went in looking for a used X3 to replace our Subaru Forester but were quickly persuaded into purchasing a new X1.
