Easy process and great price on car and trade-in I had a great experience with John dealing with an out of state purchase. John was up front and text me pictures of any inperfections on the 2013 BMW I had a great experience with John dealing with an out of state purchase. John was up front and text me pictures of any inperfections on the 2013 BMW 335i convertible and "sniff test" before I drove about an hour and a half to see the car. We settled on the price and had all the paperwork ready for me the next morning. What made my experience a little different is my 2007 5 series trade-in had to be towed to the dealership. John was still able to give me a competitive trade-in value without being able to drive the car. Once the process was complete Rebecca took about 30 minutes to go through all the technology in the car along with all my questions. This was a scheduled servic I had the pleasure of going to BMW of the Hudson Valley for the first ever service call on my 2016 BMW M235iX convertible. This was a scheduled service visit for a check-up and an oil change at 3,000 miles. My appointment was set-up with the Service Advisor Simone Ramos was quickly and easily. The service area staff were friendly and very efficient in handling my check-in. The service area is very clean and pleasant and stocked with good coffee and yummy treats. The work was done as quickly as promised and my car was brought around to the main door all cleaned and vacuumed. I would enthusiastically recommend BMW of the Hudson Valley. DanielSzp More
