I traveled 4 1/2 hours to come see the vehicle and drive it prior to purchasing it so being able to trust the salesperson was a critical part of the decision process. The car was exactly as described, drove beautifully and in under two hours on was on my way in my new vehicle. Every person I dealt with at BMW of Hudson Valley was a delight -- they understood my need to make the process quick and it was the most painless car buying experience I've had in 30 years. David was terrific to deal with and I'd recommend the dealership and David with no hesitations. More

Worth the wait on the M2 My story begins back in February with the release of the much anticipated M2. I knew there was going to be a high demand for this vehicle and I knew My story begins back in February with the release of the much anticipated M2. I knew there was going to be a high demand for this vehicle and I knew BMW of the Hudson Valley was going to be the dealership I wanted to do my business with. Wasyl is the best client advisor I have dealt with in a long time - he's not pushy, overly aggressive, he listened to what you want and simply provides you with the information to make your choice. In this particular case there was no M2 to see - I had to go on what I was reading in the blogs and watching on youtube - and of course talking to Wasyl and getting his opinion was well worth it. Another quality with Wasly is he's not going to try to oversell you on something - I basically asked him what he thought about the M2 and he gave me his honest opinion. He was upfront with the wait time for this vehicle and since I was leasing another BMW I had some time to wait it out. Something that we could not predict was that BMW closed out the 2016 production of the M2 so I had to wait until July to get on the 2017 production list - the car went into production the first week of August and I picked it up on 9/15. Wasly kept me informed on all the significant milestones through the production and I was also able to track the vehicle through "My BMW" . I would like to thank Lander's Hall in finance - He was great in explaining the breakdown on all the different financing options- he didn't try to push any unnecessary products on me; he simply suggested a few that I might consider and I felt satisfied walking out of his office. I would also like to thank Matt Kara - the BMW genius for taking me through all the cool feature of my vehicle- although I was familiar with most of the gizmos he did point out a few things that were new to me. Thank you very much - the car is absolutely amazing!!! More

My BMW genius was Aaliyah Cottman. Aaliyah was excellent at the controls when I was taking delivery of my car. She truly took her time and made sure that I had a working knowledge of what I was doing. I even had a few questions after I had left, and she promptly returned my calls and answered all my questions. Dan in finance is also a great guy! The whole experience was so smooth and relaxed. After 30 minutes with John Robertson, my anxiety was diminished and my interest and confidence peaked. I learned about the quality and value of the vehicles I had test driven and about the process of buying and leasing. I felt truly informed. I met one of your geniuses when I test drove the cars, and another, Matt, when I committed to the 328xi. The first young woman was pleasant, knowledgable, and patient. Matt was patient, calm, and extremely pleasant. May I repeat, patient! He anticipated my questions and showed me multiple ways to achieve my goals. I recognize that I will never use this automobile's technology to its full potential, but I'm confident I'll use what I need and just keep learning. The main thing is that John and Matt made it very clear that Ithey are always available to answer my questions and that I should not hesitate to ask.
