Happy with my service at BMW of Hudson Valley I brought my BMW to be serviced at BMW of Hudson Valley for the first time after my recent move to the area. The service was fast (I was waiting ) and efficient. The service staff was really nice, Joanne Holmes explained every thing that was being done to my car. They even brought out fresh cookies while I was waiting. My X3 was spotless when it was returned to me. More

She is knowledgeable and accommodating whenever I have an issue tha Joanne has gone out of her way to make my experiences with my 2015 X5 delightful. She is knowledgeable and accommodating whenever I have an issue that needs to be resolved. Recently, I inquired as to putting a remote starter on my X5 and she promptly got me all of the information needed to allow me to decide to add it to my car. Furthermore, she set up an install date requested by me and arranged for a loaner at the same time. Dealing with Hudson Valley BMW and Joanne make me want to remain in the BMW family. More
Could not have been better Phil Dolce had helped me on my previous service visit a few months ago and noticed that I was going to need major service shortly but that we would be Phil Dolce had helped me on my previous service visit a few months ago and noticed that I was going to need major service shortly but that we would be over the miles under warranty due to long commutes and several long distance trips coming up. At that time he said he would extend the mileage to 53k due to our situation. It saved the day. When the time came, I was still hoping this would be the case. I called and got an appointment for the next day ( amazing...that happened last time too ). I went and met Joanne Holmes the service advisor that helped me that day. She said she would call me with updates as to when my car would be done knowing I needed it by 4. She called around noon to say it was ready and what the price was. I explained that the mileage was extended to 53k by Phil. She called me back a few minutes later and confirmed. My oil change, brake service and tune up were covered. Thank you. We will be back, Phil kept his word and Joanne could not have been more pleasant to deal with. More

Secure feeling to know that everyone here is looking out for my best interest... Like family. Leanne Carnes, my Service Advisor, was very thorough checking me in and had me out the door quickly in my spiffy BMW Loaner car so I could continue my day without missing a beat. When my car was finished I was notified with enough time to allow me to pick it up, freshly washed, and once again not miss a beat in my schedule. I really do appreciate the attentive service.
