Long story short Randy at Bmw told me my car would be ready but then they ran into a few more problems. My 30 day rental through my insurance company ran out has of today. I spoke with Randy and explained the situation, she told me she would get back to me later today posible tommorow feb 3. I leave my phone for about 20 minutes then i realize i had a miss call from BMW. So i called back. Randy told me that BMW would pay take over the payment for my rental for the next few days until my car is ready. Thats what i call being good to your customers... They have wonderful people working at this location. Randy i want to thenk you and Dennis for treating like family... More
Most incomptetent servicr manager They have the most incompetent and unprofessional service manager. They never could fix my trunk not latching problem ( new car under warranty) and th They have the most incompetent and unprofessional service manager. They never could fix my trunk not latching problem ( new car under warranty) and the guy threatened not to service my car! Their general manager talks nice but she does not know a thing about car. Joanna at the rent desk is the only person there who is professional and nice. Don't forget I bought NY car at that dealership and their sales agents are not very bright either More
Excellent Customer Service I had the pleasure of being greeted by Leanne Carnes when I brought my car in for an interior noise issue. She was quick, thorough and pleasant. I received my loaner car quickly and was kept informed of the progress periodically throughout the morning. She explained what was found and how it was corrected. John in Sales is a very polite, courteous and knowledgeable contact that Bmw should feel proud to have representing their brand. Dan in finance is excellent with matching you to the right loan, warranties, and maintenence. He recommends what is best for you as the customer, with a very friendly disposition. Anu is by far the most polite, friendly and competent manager over this team. Her friendly disposition and determination to deliver BMW's brand to customers is shown by her and her team. She ensured my vehicle was ordered with the package options I wanted, and was on top of the process. Overall, the team members discussed are not in the business to make a quick sale and quickly move on to the next customer. They are genuinely interested in making you a lifetime customer, and it shows.
