Long story short Randy at Bmw told me my car would be ready but then they ran into a few more problems. My 30 day rental through my insurance company ran out has of today. I spoke with Randy and explained the situation, she told me she would get back to me later today posible tommorow feb 3. I leave my phone for about 20 minutes then i realize i had a miss call from BMW. So i called back. Randy told me that BMW would pay take over the payment for my rental for the next few days until my car is ready. Thats what i call being good to your customers... Excellent Customer Service I had the pleasure of being greeted by Leanne Carnes when I brought my car in for an interior noise issue. She was quick, thorough and pleasant.
