Vibration during braking I thought I have a oil leak. After my car was checked out they found no sign of oil leak. I mentioned the vibration during hard breaking. Friendly and Professional Service I had a concern that I had an gasket leak due to a burnt oil smell. BMW Hudson Valley immediately had me bring the car in for an inspection. After leasing cars from BMW of Hudson Valley and being offered amazing and aggressive pricing that no other dealers could come close to, Michael went above and beyond on this past weekend's business deal. My lease was ending, and with no 5-series replacement in sight due to BMW delays, I decided to purchase my 535dX. I was expecting to deal with BMW Financial Services and just send them a bank check for the lease-buyout and move on. Michael intercepted that transaction, and offered to broker the deal at a price significantly less than the lease buy-out. It's clear that Michael has his customer's best interests at the center of all of his business dealings. I will continue to deal with Michael in the future and continue to recommend him personally to anyone looking to purchase or lease a BMW. More

I was able to get a Saturday appointment and a loaner car. The staff at BMW of Hudson Valley were so wonderful from the moment I walked in on Saturday. They greet you with a smile, offer refreshments and get you checked in quickly and efficiently. My car was done in a reasonable amount of time with the problem solved (nail in the tire) and looking better than when I arrived because of the courtesy wash. On a rainy Saturday we test drove three different BMWs and a week later drove away with a well-equipped 3 series GT within our budget. That's impressive! And we owe it all to Michael Bueti who made it happen. He listened to our needs and situation, responded promptly to our emails, and was extremely personable, with no pressure at all. Anu was welcoming and friendly, called us by name, and made us feel as if we'd been customers for much longer than 3 years. Overall an extremely favorable experience. More

I was greeted with a friendly welcome from the Service Receptionist Simone and Gariella who direct The service dept at BMW Of Hudson Valley is great. Leanee made checking my car in very pleasant and informed me when my car was completed. Wondeful facility, exemplary service, competitive pricing! It was time for my annual service appointment and the computer in my BMW indicated that I was due for an oil change and new rear brake pads, additiona It was time for my annual service appointment and the computer in my BMW indicated that I was due for an oil change and new rear brake pads, additionally a radiator flush and service was recommended as my vehicle had reached the 4 year mark. I discussed these services with Leanne Carnes, my service advisor, and she explained the procedures, costs, and time requirement to complete the work, but she hastened to add that before the brakes were changed she would have the technician measure them just to make sure that the work was actually necessary. To my surprise and delight I received a phone call from Ms. Carnes informing me that my rear brakes were only half worn and that I had many thousands of miles to go before any work was necessary; she added that the vehicles computer was updated to reflect the correct data. BMW of the Hudson Valley could have easily sold me a brake job that I did not need, but to their high standards of service and technical expertise they add the often missing elements of honesty and integrity I wouldn't have any other dealer or mechanic touch my car.
