I bought my 2022 BMW X5 from BMW of Fort Washington, and also service it there regularly. The scheduling and wait times for service are the lowest I've ever experienced. Ben, Michael, Frank, and Richard a also service it there regularly. The scheduling and wait times for service are the lowest I've ever experienced. Brought my car in for service to have my side mirror repaired and couldn’t be any happier with the responsiveness of the team. Despite scarcity of loaners, they were able to accommodate me with one and repaired and couldn’t be any happier with the responsiveness of the team. Customer service is great! I was in and out today with a loaner car. The provided a detailed video of my car as they checked the tires, etc. I had a loaner car for the day whil I was in and out today with a loaner car.
