Overall the experience was great. I was assigned a service rep (Brittany) soon after reaching the center. I was given a direct contact number and Brittany was very responsive on text I was assigned a service rep (Brittany) soon after reaching the center. As always my Service Advisor Amie Marshall did an excellent job of listening to my considers pertaining a rattle in exhaust. She even correctly diagnosed the cause of the problem over the phone. For my future cars, BMW of Fort Washington is my Dealership, Ed Fallon is my salesman and Amie Marshall is my Service Advisor.
