The sales portion of the dealership is wonderful. The service department leaves a lot of room for improvement. Their technicians are great. It left such a bad feeling, I’m not sure I’ll buy another BMW, because I’ll have to have it serviced at this dealership. More

Ben handled my BMW check-in smoothly and professionally. Very attentive and thorough. I could not have been happier! And shout out to Amie for always taking time to answer any questions I have. Lucy was very professional and along with the BMW manager Jeremy Golis they both worked very hard to get us a 2025 BMW after our car was rear ended and totaled.
