My entire experience with Lauderdale BMW was excellent thanks to Internet Sales Coordiantor Max Sandoval. I leased a new 2011 BMW 328i and handled all dealings through Max via the internet. Just moving down to FLL and stopped by to browse, literally. The no pressure, courteous approach from Kyrone was the gamechanger. Kyrone was professional and affable on all accounts. I visited this dealership about 3 weeks ago when I was looking for a car (my lease with Audi was ending). I ended up signing a lease on a BWM 328i the same day I test drove it. Jake was very friendly and looking for a car (my lease with Audi was ending). I ended up signing a lease on a BWM 328i the same day I test drove it. Jake was very friendly and helpful as was his manager. The process was smooth and quick and they took time to explain the various functions and features of the car before I drove it off the lot. Jake was great about following up over the course of the next few days to make sure that everything was going well and that I was happy with my new car. I feel like I got a got deal and am very excited about my new Beemer :) I'm also confident that I'll get good treatment and attention from BMW over the course of my lease. Def recommend this dealership who are looking for a car! More
I came to the dealership after speaking with Frank Doran on the telephone. I did not intend to purchase a vehicle that evening, but only get a value on my car and pricing on another car. By the end of the evening I traded in my car for another BMW. Frank Doran was polite, professional and personable. He treated me as if I was purchasing a brand new, much more expensive vehicle. He took the time to show me the all the features of the vehicle, something which I am not used to, even when I purchased new vehicles from other dealerships. If it had not been for Frank, I probably would not have made the deal. He was not pushy and understood that this was a "big deal" for me. This is the type of sales rep. all car dealerships should strive to employ. My experience with Frank and the rest of the staff, to include the manager and the finance rep. was outstanding. I will be back when I am ready to make another purchase. More
Frank Duran was my sales rep and he was great. My complaints have nothing to do with Frank. This is the 3rd 750li that I have bought from Lauderdale Imports. The day after I bought the car the check complaints have nothing to do with Frank. This is the 3rd 750li that I have bought from Lauderdale Imports. The day after I bought the car the check light came on for "low wiper fluid', then the day after that the "low oil" indicator light said it was low and to go to your nearest service center. This had nothing to do with Frank , but with the service department who does the "pre-certification". I was very unhappy that I had to drive back down on a Saturday to the service center and get this taken care of. I realize I bought a used car, but it does sell me on the fact that it is "certified" and they check it out top to bottom. Obviously, fluids should be the 1st thing that gets checked. Then the next week the shade on the back right passengers door broke, the leather pulled away from the door panal and caught the shade and broke it. Now I have to take it in and get that fixed. I also was surprised that I did not get reimbursed on the warranties that I bought with the car I traded in. ( there is still 2 yrs left on those warranties). The finance department told me to bring in my original paperwork to prove I had it and he will get me a refund. I thought that was odd that I had to go to all that trouble when he pulled it up on the computer and saw that I purchased both the "tire warranty" and the "the gap insurance" right there on the computer screen. Why if it shows in the computer would I have to "prove" I had it? Another trip down to the dealership. I guess my frustration is not just from this purchase, but from the car I traded in as well. We never got that car straighten out. You could look up the records and see how many times I had that car in for service. When I traded it in it still wasn't fixed, but service couldn't find anything wrong with it.( trust me there were things wrong with it", I beleive it was electrical, but everytime I brought it in they said they fixed it.) That is too long of a story to get into. Bottom line, I love BMW's, my family thinks I am crazy to continuie to buy them when I have so much trouble with them. I am hoping I will not have to continue to deal with these service issues in the future. I usually buy a car every 2-3 years, and am hoping I do not have to visit the sevice center too often. I beleive Frank gave me a good deal, and was friendly and curtious. I would give him 5's. More
This was my first car purchase at Lauderdale BMW and I can say, (as I have done business with multiple BMW dealorships in the past), that the experience with my sales advisor, Mr. Raymond, was impeccable. can say, (as I have done business with multiple BMW dealorships in the past), that the experience with my sales advisor, Mr. Raymond, was impeccable. I will be the first to admit that I have an "OCD-ish" personality and therefore have high expectations of what a car puchase/service experciance should be, especially from a "luxury" car dealership. These expectations were met as my sales advisor took a great deal of time personally to discuss options, financing, and took time to get to know me personally...an experience that I have yet to encounter in other BMW dealerships who tend to hassle about pricing/treat customers as "one of the herd." What impressed me the most is that my advisor made himself available by phone on his time off to answer questions and give me feedback throughout the purchase process. I highly recommend this dealership if you're the type of car buyer who seeks to build a relationship with a dealer to make multiple car purchases over time. More
