I visited this dealership about 3 weeks ago when I was looking for a car (my lease with Audi was ending). I ended up signing a lease on a BWM 328i the same day I test drove it. Jake was great about following up over the course of the next few days to make sure that everything was going well and that I was happy with my new car.
