I was given the loaner vehicle of my choice (I'd gotten a brand new, top of the line Z4 convertible while my 535i was serviced) and was pleased to have my car returned to me freshly washed. Even the seat and radio were as I had left them. I don't often trust a dealer to handle my vehicle overnight but I will happily make the exception with Lauderdale BMW. I have worked with Dave Rhoden for the past year on repairs for my BMW and he has always been honest and very helpful and caring.
