BMW of Fort Lauderdale

Two of thier employees really deserve great praise. Starting first in the service department, I have been using David Williams as my Service Advisor for more than 10 years. Dave is one of the reasons that I continue to go back to the dealership. I am confident to know that when I drive a Lauderdale BMW car, I will receive exemplory service from his department. Dave is kind, considerate, helpful and will often bend over backwards to make sure that the customer is happy. I never hear "no" from him.....he is always willing to go the extra mile for me, his costomer, and that is worth it's weight in gold! I usually drop my car off for service before 7:30 in the morning and pick it up after work...sometimes between 5:30 and 6 pm...and when i get htere to pick up my car, Dave is still there full of energy, smiling and greeting me with enthusiasm (and I know that the man has to be exhausted!) He is just a fine example of what service advisors should represent and, again, he is one of the reasons that I insist on leasing my cars from the dealership. In the sales department, I will now only work with Michael Kolanoski. I have completed 2 or 3 transactions with him and he too is a perfect representative for the organization and i look forward to working with him whenever we are in the market for a new car. I have sent several friends and family members to him and, like me, they were very pleased witt the results of thier transaction. Let's face it, car shopping is one of those actitivies that is often not a pleasant experience. However, with Michael, he is low key, listens to what we have to say, understands the financial impact of a new car purchase and makes the entire process painless. He too goes the extra mile to make sure that his customers (me) are satsified with the experience and, like Dave above, is another reason why I continue to come back to Lauderdale BMW for my new car needs. He's a real credit to the organization! More

The treatment was absolutely the worst. I was price shopping and #1 they didn't give me a good price, #2 they had absolutely no product knowledge.
