I took my car in for service and the customer service I received was horrible! While the work done on the car was adequate, the means to an end was certainly no walk in the park. I had to argue with the service advisor telling him exactly what the issue was repeatedly. I will never take my car back to this place. If BMW reads this, I hope they put a close eye on this dealer.
