I've been visiting the BMW Fort Lauderdale Dealership in the beginning of May 2011 with the purpose of buying a car for myself. It was my first time searching a BMW. As soon as I entered the dealership I was acknowledged and welcomed very warm and friendly by Mr. William Raymond, the sales represantative of the company. Working in the sales business too, I know how important it is to acknowledge the guest presence. I expressed Bill my modest knowledge about cars and that's why I was there, to receive his assistance and knowledge in purchasing a car that would meet my needs and budget. I would like to mention that this gentleman is the most professional and helpful sales person I've meet so far. His honesty, sincerity, experience and customer service skills combined, makes every potential buyer to be a buyer. He was very attentive with my needs, always establish an eye contact, showed me all the products that he had available, never tried to be pushy and let me to choose what I liked. Because on my first visit I could not find what I was looking for, Bill requested some of my personal information and he said he will do his best to find me the car that I want.And he really did. We kept in touch with multiple phone calls and e-mails per week for over 1 month, till finally Bill helped me to find what I was looking for: the best car at the price that want it to pay. With his attitude I could see that this gentleman he really wants to sell his products and he indeed cares about his customers. His follow up after my purchase was another touch that impressed me about this dealership and made me to recommend it to several friends already.
