Thanks for the big egos / love my Hyundai ! Lease expired, went to this dealer to drop off the car --- asked to look at & test drove a 5-Series. After i mentioned i was comparing the car to a H Lease expired, went to this dealer to drop off the car --- asked to look at & test drove a 5-Series. After i mentioned i was comparing the car to a Hyundai Genesis, everyone gave me the cold shoulder & walked away like a bomb went off. I wasn't surprised to see that no one from BMW bothered to follow up with me on the price of a new lease .... thanks to them, I am now the proud lessor of a 2016 Genesis for $ 430/month w/$ 1K down, fully loaded (not nickel & dimed for every little option as you find on BMW's). Thanks for the tremendous egos everyone, you made my decision very easy & I'm more than happy with my choice. More

I believe a ton of positive online reviews are phony. If you search enough you will find the bad reviews. Also check BBB..they show the number of complaints! The sales manager sat across from me and wasn't honest the entire 3 hours. He swore they weren't part of the ownership of the BMW in Pembroke Pines..and THEY ARE OWNED BY HOLMAN GROUP...same owners. He told me one thing sitting in front of me but wrote down different information. He lied about what he would give me for my car..have that in writing. He tried to con me into showing up when my car came in assuming I would not back down since the car was sitting there. Didn't happen. The HOLMAN GROUP of car dealers should be one people stay away from. The problem in So. Florida is people have so much money they don't care. I am a female, and I am sure they thought because I was, I would be easy to scam. NOT. I didn't buy from them because I took my time, did my research. There are tons of VERY unhappy and irate customers from this dealership and the Holman Group. More

He personally drove my new car on his day off to my house and took a vast amount of time explaining all the new features the car came with until I was able to fully understand and start driving my ultimate driving machine. He made this difficult decision a breeze. I highly recommend Felipe above all for his outstanding knowledge about all the ins and outs. I would not consider going to any other dealerships, here you get everything you need and more. This was the greatest buying experience ever. More

At 1st we clicked but when he couldnt find a car with my paticular specs became a real xxx. Basically told me I wasted his time didnt even shake my hand just stood up and left. I have bought 4 brand new bmw's in my life and have never been treated like I like was at bmw fort lauderdale on federal. Fortunately for me vista got to my # and I took home a new 328i m sport on 12/31/2013 happy as F#@^....Most be this dealer because BMW fort lauderdale in pines is great.... Guy also keeped my registration and I had to hunt down my key on my trade because of his dumb xxx. Ralph you obviously dont know how to spot them because u let this sale go....
