My experience started online. I searched the inventory and made an appointment. Upon entering the building, I immediately felt welcome and appreciated as a customer. He was extremely professional and prepared. What I appreciated most was his transparency and straightforward approach. I never felt like I was being sold something I didn't want. Jerry also took the extra steps to accommodate my shortened timeline and made the closing process as simple as possible. It was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. He was also very patient as I’ve never purchased or leased a car in my life before, so I was already nervous a for his kind and friendly personality. I originally came in, hoping to test drive the X4, which I didn’t end up liking, then he offered to let me get on a 3 series which I hated it (I was too tall for it) and then he took me to a 5 series were I fell in love with the car! We showed up to look at a car. The sales person took our information and told us to take the car for a test drive. After driving it we were quite sure it had enough power for what we wanted. The sales person told us to put it in sport mode and take it out for another test drive. We took the car out again and decided it was what we wanted. We came back in to make a deal on the car and the sales person informs us that someone else had scheduled an appointment and that he couldn't sell us the car. We wasted over 2 hours of our day here at this dealer only to find out we can't even buy the car. I will never do business with this dealership and I would recommend you not waste your time here.
