It was my first time coming to BMW Fort Lauderdale. Usually I have my vehicle serviced at Braman Miami. I was very disappointed when I had to wait an hour to receive my car after service payment - further disappointed that they gave me back a dirty vehicle). With my comments, Glen was pleased to fulfill my expectations and let me know when my car was ready for pick up, had the car washed, arranged a Lyft, and I had no wait time from the moment of payment to the moment I went back home. Never have I been treated so poorly at a dealership in my life. Salesman Michael Kolanoski, who came highly recommended by a member of the service department (which is fantastic by the way), was rude and dis life. It seemed like he was bothered by our presence. It was a chore for him to fulfill my request that he explain the i-drive system to my fiance. The negotiation on a car immediately went south and we were chased out as soon as he was able to get rid of us. I will continue to service my Bimmer at the service center, but buy a car at Fort Lauderdale BMW? Won't happen! If you're in the market to lease or buy, check the money factor or interest rates, because they're marking them up! More

Michael Kolanoski is the best car salesman I have dealt with in my entire life. He is totally dedicated to making the customer feel wanted and fulfilling all of their needs. In my case he searched allover the Eastern seaboard to find me a Z4 M40i in the color combination and equipped with all of the options exactly the way I wanted it built so I didn't have to wait for many weeks and have it built at the factory in Europe. Michael even returned my calls after the dealership's normal business hours and his followup to every request is amazing. I need to thank Keith Cordeiro who is the General Manager of BMW of Fort Lauderdale. He became personally involved in my quest for this Z4 and always came out from his office to greet me and made sure that everything was ok. I also had the pleasure of meeting with Kris Mroz in their pre-owned car department a few weeks ago. He was straight forward, extremely helpful and because of him I decided to purchase a new car instead of settling for the pre-owned Z4 that they had in stock that wasn't equipped with everything I really wanted. If you are in the market for a pre-owned BMW Kris is the salesman you want to deal with!!! This is the second car that my wife and I have purchased from Michael and Keith, BMW of Fort Lauderdale is the only car dealer I would ever go to in the future.
