I feel so lucky and grateful to Skyler Villers (sales) for his kind and friendly personality. He was also very patient as I’ve never purchased or leased a car in my life before, so I was already nervous a for his kind and friendly personality. I originally came in, hoping to test drive the X4, which I didn’t end up liking, then he offered to let me get on a 3 series which I hated it (I was too tall for it) and then he took me to a 5 series were I fell in love with the car! I kept apologizing for all the wasted time, but he understood and wanted to make sure I got the car that I wanted! We showed up to look at a car. The sales person took our information and told us to take the car for a test drive. After driving it we were quite sure it had enough power for what we wanted. The sales person told us to put it in sport mode and take it out for another test drive. We took the car out again and decided it was what we wanted. We came back in to make a deal on the car and the sales person informs us that someone else had scheduled an appointment and that he couldn't sell us the car. We wasted over 2 hours of our day here at this dealer only to find out we can't even buy the car. I will never do business with this dealership and I would recommend you not waste your time here. Got a loaner while car was worked on, and was able to pick up know that my X5 was dues for an oil and air filter change. So they scheduled for me.
