I always hear horrible car buying experiences from friends or online. After my recent X3e purchase, I felt compelled to write a review for Ruben Espinoza, from Nick Alexander BMW. I was looking fo friends or online. After my recent X3e purchase, I felt compelled to write a review for Ruben Espinoza, from Nick Alexander BMW. I was looking for an X3 or X5 PHEV to take advantage of the government credits. My neighbor referred me to Ruben. We chat and text over the phone to go through my requirement. Within a few days, Ruben found the X3e that I wanted and gave me a great deal on the car. We decided to buy the car but realized we haven’t even sat in one before. Ruben immediately arranged for us for a test drive on Sat. On the day, we met John at the dealer. He has already gotten the car ready to go and let us test drive on our own. We enjoyed the car so we decided to take it. Since we didn’t drive our trade-in car, John arranged for Christian to drop off our X3e at our house on Sunday and drive away our trade-in car. We signed the paperwork on our home, the price is exactly what was agreed upon. I think Ruben and the team in Nick Alexander BMW set a high standard for the whole car buying experience. They were completely transparent, efficient, thoughtful, and customer focus. I lost my title for the trade-in car, Ruben also took care of it, saving me a trip to DMW. I probably spent less than an hour for the entire process, including half-hour test drive where I was stuck at 110 traffic for a while.
