A family member had encouraged us to contact Daniel Fox about the lease of a new X3. Daniel provided us a marvelous in dealer experience. He arranged for the delivery of my new SUV. This was the best experience my husband and I have had. This is our 7th BMW ! Every experience has been good but Nick Alexander is the best. Christian Quiroz was our Genius and he too was so polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He completed the paperwork and went through the various updated features on our new X3M. More

I really didn't want to go to the dealership and send hours negotiating. I worked with Manny Santos and told him what I wanted to pay, and guess what, he made it happen. I’ve leased my last 4 BMWs from another dealership and now will always contact Luis Hernandez for his ultimate service, time, knowledge, care, professionalism, courtesy and patience(!) in my search for a now will always contact Luis Hernandez for his ultimate service, time, knowledge, care, professionalism, courtesy and patience(!) in my search for a vehicle. I found one I really love and at an incredible deal! I would not shop anywhere else and for those in the know of BMW leasing, I broke away from Neda! Luis was on time and prepared for all my questions even when he was not in the office. He is a credit to the company and the industry as a whole for his expertise and preparedness. The follow up too and after care services are exemplary. It’s not the closest dealership to me but one I will return to again and again, and I highly recommend him and the dealership which is ultra modern and efficient. Thank you so much for all Luis!
