Alexander was really willing to bargain to get my business. All dealerships are double-talkers and they try every trick in the book, but these guys really were willing to lower their asking price on business. In my experience, Nick Alexander service goes out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. They are always very polite/friendly and have strived to solve any issues I've had.
