1st and last car purchase at this dealership. Dishonest business practices. Jorge Martinez gave my husband a price online and over the phone, had him drive 80+miles only to mark up the 2022 X3 M40I at 4k o business practices. Jorge Martinez gave my husband a price online and over the phone, had him drive 80+miles only to mark up the 2022 X3 M40I at 4k over invoice when he arrived. Once questioned about it, he stated it was an M car, which isn't true. We have purchased numerous BMWs, M5, M4, M3, 535i, 435i, 330i...the list goes on. After Jorge realized he wasn't dealing with an novice bmw buyer, he backpeddled and removed the ridiculous over sticker charge and offered a $500 loyalty discount. We agreed on the price and then proceeded to negotiate a trade/sale of my current lease return 2019 X3 M40i with 24k miles. We explained that we had an offer from Carmax already but he suggested that perhaps Nick Alexander would be able to purchase from us at the same price as Carmax. So after I drove 75+miles to bring my car in to be appraised, Jorge comes over to tell us to take the deal at Carmax, as their offer is 1k better than Nick Alexander. Really!!! There is low inventory everywhere and you are willing to lose a sale transaction over 1k. Fine!! So now that you made both my husband and I drive separately and are unwilling to negotiate a better price for my trade/sale, then the least Jorge could do was drive the new car 75 miles to our home. The ONLY reason we went to Nick Alexander in the first place was specifically for the color and packages of their 2022 X3 M40I. It's a new model and bmw dealers do not have a lot of inventory and options. Sadly, the only positive experience we had was with the finance rep Reza. He was absolutely wonderful. Just a little side note. My husband's new 2022 M3 Competition was delivered to Bob Smith BMW in Calabasas 2 days ago on Wed. He ordered it in July through Stefano. Hands down the most transparent, honest, courteous and easy experience. He truly treated us like VIPs. I wish I would have waited and purchased my car through Bob Smith BMW instead. More

I lease a BMW was at this dealership just for a quart of oil , never had a problem getting oil for my BMW that’s covered under my lease , a young service rep came out and told me they would charge me for oi oil , never had a problem getting oil for my BMW that’s covered under my lease , a young service rep came out and told me they would charge me for oil , I’ve had BMW’s for 15 years and I paid extra on my lease so I wouldn’t have to worry about this , very disappointed with the dealership and service. Lori DiSilva from Nick Alexander contacted me regarding my experience with the dealership and I cannot tell you how nice she was and communicative as well , she allowed me to voice my issue and listen to my interaction that day , I'm looking forward to going back to the dealership and giving them another shot ... Lori is amazing! More
