It was a pleasure dealing with Shawn Snelling, who kept me updated throughout the process. He later sent me an email with a full vehicle report and suggestions. I also exchanged emails with Linda Wiley for ordering some parts including an additional Comfort Access Key. She has been extremely helpful and accommodating. I enjoyed working with her. This BMW dealership is not the closest one from my home but it's well worth the drive. I'll continue going back there for all my future services and would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat. For the most part a major purchase is inherently uninteresting and usually not particularly a good time. I have bought several different vehicles across Cincinnati for the past 35 years and this one of the better experiences. I dealt with Brian Williams, who communicated well and in a timely manner. And Brian overall was a pleasure to work with. I was able to consider my options and test drove two different cars. And in the end I came away with I thought was a generally a good deal. As an owner of primarily Japanese vehicles, I have found my choice perhaps to be best one to date. In the future, I can envision coming back to Sweeney to buy another car. More

We contacted them to get a quote for 2017 BMW X3 28i with following configuration: Base Configuration: X-Line Exterior Color: Black Sapphire Metallic Interior: Black Nevada Leather w/gray contrast stitching/Saddle Brown Nevada Leather Trims: Burl Walnut Wood Trim with Pearl Gloss Chrome highlight Additional Packages (optional): Cold Weather Package Driving Assistance Package Driving Assistance Plus Package Technology Package Premium Package We had the pleasure to work with salesperson named Jason Maudlin. We were very quite firm to get above configuration at LOWEST price in Midwest. In my initial phone conversation with Jason, even without him knowing quotation from other dealership, Jason confidently told me that they will beat prices from other dealership by atleast $500 so long as other dealership are also quoting prices on same exact configuration. I could sense he was enthusiastic and passionate to cut a deal with us since we were out-of-state Indiana residents. When we met Jason in person, he was professional, co-ordial and made every effort to precisely understand our configuration. In this, he pointed out a MAJOR flaw which other dealerships failed to let us know that X-Line and X-Drive were 2 separate options. All this while we were under the impression that they are 1 and the same which was not the case. He exactly explained us what X-Drive means which is AWD which is what we were looking for. Based on our discussion, he not only helped us save $1500 but also made sure they quote LOWEST price among 5 BMW dealerships in Mid-west. This showed Jason was knowledge whose sole intention is to win customer's confidence and build long term relationship. We were extremely happy with the deal and signed the paper work to get our dream car. Even when we were supposed to pick our vehicle, Jason arranged for Uber to give a ride upto their dealership. Only gripe I had about entire experience was APR rate which Dealership quoted was bit higher (3.49%) than my expectation based on good credit score. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with BMW of Cincinnati North dealership specially with their salesperson Jason Maudlin. More
