The entire experience, from sales to service has been professional but friendly, and you do really feel like you are part of the family. The Finance guy was great (I used to be one) so I am always interested. Finally, the lady that showed me all the recent technology was very patient and didn't laugh at me (too much). The service department listened attentively to my concerns, made sure I had a ride or make me comfortable. And even after all of that, they fixed my car's problem. While I have always had a great experience with my go-to sales guy, Michael Naveh, this most recent experience truly differentiated BMW. I went to pick up my car, signed all of the papers, and before I drove away, Micahel asked me to sit in the car with the BMW "genius" Lindsey Harper. I thought I was pretty familiar with how the car operates, but I wound up spending an hour with Lindsey as she walked me through all the "secrets" of what the X5 can do. Some people take the time to read through their owners manual in great detail (I am not one of them), but Lindsey's patience and knowledge of the car was a great combination to take advantage of things I never knew the car could do. Thanks to BMW of Cincinnati North, Michael Naveh, and my newest BMW differentiator, the Genuius Lindsey Harper. More
