It just depends on service needs. Dana is always friendly. We were refunded the price of our detail package when she was showing off the detail work and it was sub par.... leaves and d Dana is always friendly. We were refunded the price of our detail package when she was showing off the detail work and it was sub par.... leaves and debris in the rear, spotty carpets in front, grime/gunk in seatbelt fastener areas. The whole point of a detail, is to get the details.... those areas neglected in routine vacuuming and the areas in need of attention when you tote kids around. Dana is awesome, however your detail service people need some help. Also, when pulling the loaner back in for return, one of the service gentlemen nearly hit me when he was attempting to back out a car from the left bay into the right bay as I was pulling in. He was backing out very quickly requiring me to lay on my horn. There are automatic doors there, so not sure why it would ever be a good idea to back a car on left into right paying no attention to customers pulling in. More

Airbag recall service Dana was great to work with. I waited for my car and she made sure I had everything I needed to work remotely from the waiting area. This was the best experience I had buying a car! I met an honest, outstanding Salesman that treated me with respect, and sold me a great car! I wanted to use my Credit union for financing, but BMW o I met an honest, outstanding Salesman that treated me with respect, and sold me a great car! I wanted to use my Credit union for financing, but BMW offered a rate better at 2.6 APR. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless and was completed overnight. I Highly recommend my Salesman Greg Sewell!! He's honest, competent, and will work with you to get the best deal possible. I was very pleased and impressed with this dealership!! More
